Location
The lectures and the housing for the students will be at ENS, 45 rue d'Ulm, Paris, 5th arrondissement (see
detailed map below).
The lecture hall is located in the "NIR" (Nouvel Immeuble Rataud).
For a general information on ENS, follow this link.
To reach ENS from Charles de Gaulle airport or Orly airport, the
simplest way is to use the train, also called RER, and exit at the
Luxembourg station (indicated on the map below). ENS is then at a
walking distance. For more details, see the official Metro web site.
Metro stations in the immediate vicinity of ENS are Censier-Daubenton
(line 7), Place Monge (line 7) and Cardinal Lemoine (line 10) (see map
below and the official Metro web site).
Day of arrival: Monday July 16
- The
participants are expected to arrive on Monday, July 16.
- The room keys will be available at the lodge just at
the entrance of ENS (45 rue d'Ulm) in the morning of July 16. Each
participant will receive an enveloppe containing the room key, the
address (44 or 48 rue d'Ulm, just across the street),the access code to the building, and the floor of the room.
- The
registration desk will be opened on Monday from 17h00 to 19h00 in front of the
lecture hall.
- There will
be a welcome buffet close the registration desk between 18h30 and
20h00.
Meals during the week @ ENS Cafeteria
- Breakfast between 7h30 and 9h00
- Lunch between 12h30 and 14h00
- Dinner between 18h30 and 20h00
- On Saturday night, we will have a "Gala dinner" outside ENS
Conference program @ Lecture Hall of the NIR building
Lectures will start on Tuesday morning at 9h00 and finish on Saturday noon.

Internet connection
Each participant will have a code for wifi access. The wifi will be accessible in and around the NIR building.
